It is carnival season at this time of the year. Weggis Carnival or “Weggiser Fasnacht” began with Weggis Carnival Opening or “Weggiser Fasnachteröffnung” on January 08, 2011 where several “Guggenmusik” or Gugge music groups from different nearby towns or villages participated. More activities in March 2010.
