Folk music is getting popular in Switzerland. Weggis is one of those places in Switzerland organizing a three-day affair for folk music called Heirassa Festival in memory of Alois “Heirassa” Schilliger, a renowned folk musician from Weggis.

But before the Heirassa Festival main event which will be held on June 11-13, 2010 in Weggis, there will be several Pre-Heirassa Festival concerts in different places in Weggis from January 2010 to June 2010 to be performed by various popular groups in Switzerland.

Here are the list of places where the groups will perform from January 2010 until June 2010. It might be necessary to call the venue for reservation. Please contact the hotel or restaurant or cafe where the group will have its show.
